    What creative ways did you find to add daily steps to your routine? How did you feel after increasing your daily step count?

    I starting walking around my neighborhood daily and that helped me get on my way to 10k steps a day but wasn't enough to fully get me across the finish line. So I made a little route in my apartment that I walk when i need to get those last few steps in.

    Disposal of hazardous products harmful materials incorrectly can lead to a negative impact of the water supply. Some things I can do to improve the health of water systems is to dispose of hazardous proucts and harmful material properly, volunteer in cleanup groups for streams and wetlands.

    I have an almost 2 year old who loves going outside but since we live in an apartment currently we don't have access to a backyard or a park nearby. I can incorporate her in my daily walks by taking her in her stroller and walking with her.

    I am trying to cut out my diet coke addiction, so my plan is to drink 120 ox of water daily by trying to drink 10oz of water an hour starting at 8am when I log in for the day. I have a 40oz stanley cup that I plan to refill every 4 hours at Noon and 4pm.

    As I went for my daily walk outside near my apartment, along the sidewalk I saw a fully dead fish. Mind you, I do not live near water of any kind so it makes me wonder to this day, where did this fish come from? My walk was really good and I am thankful that the mild minnesota winter has allowed me to spend more time comfortably outdoors

    This action was easy to add for me because as a remote employee, it is effortless to turn off your computer/monitors at the end of the day. It also allows you to completely unplug from work and focus on the life side of work life balance
