      I started meeting my sister at the gym once a week. We both get more movement in and we have a regular time to check in with each other.

      Maybe you have someone you want to connect with that would be interested in joining you in some gardening time?

    I'm still super addicted. I want to transition to fruits and veggies that have natural sugars as my fun snacks, and as my healthy food choices.
