Monique Adams 4/19/2024 12:21 PMEating more fruits and vegetables definitely causes me to have a more intimate relationship with my bathroom. I have always enjoyed fruit with cottage cheese, however, it was really nice to add on top of my salad instead of salad dressing. -

Monique Adams 4/18/2024 8:32 AMIt helped me best to imagine that I was sitting on the shore by the ocean; and nothing was around me but water. It helped me relax and release any struggles or difficulties that had attached themselves to weigh down my shoulders. -
