Spending time to meditate and be grateful and realize the abundance of grace that is afforded to me on a daily basis, helps me put everything in perspective and realize my worst days are better than some people's good days; for that I am grateful and made aware of ways I can help others.

Eating more fruits and vegetables definitely causes me to have a more intimate relationship with my bathroom. I have always enjoyed fruit with cottage cheese, however, it was really nice to add on top of my salad instead of salad dressing.

It helped me best to imagine that I was sitting on the shore by the ocean; and nothing was around me but water. It helped me relax and release any struggles or difficulties that had attached themselves to weigh down my shoulders.

I am so grateful for my Mom, who is getting healthier and stronger every day. Expressing gratitude makes me feel like I am learning what is really important.

This is an awesome concept of interaction and accountability; it also gives us the opportunity to establish relationships with co-workers whom we may never get the opportunity to meet in person.
