    yesterday my daughter woke up wanting to go on a joy ride, so we planned a day of fun with no phones. with an hour at a Smitties in Tilton NH. who know what a workout play at an arcade can be! Then we have a healthy dinner out and ended the day with a swim and hot tub. The swim was an hour, and it was another good workout and had the best day ever.

    I enjoyed a walk with my daughters, we could have drove, but it felt nice to walk and enjoy the weather together. we are shotting for 3 to 4 walks a week to get back into shape as a family.

    being the first day of eco-challenge has allowed me to ground myself AND MAKE BETTER CHOICES FOR MYSELF BUT IN RETURN MY CHILDREN WILL SEE THE CHANGE AND WANT TO MAKE HEALTHIER CHOICES FOR THEMSELVES AS WELL
