Zoe's actions
One Healthcare
Use A Reusable Mug/Bottle
I will keep 4 disposable cup(s) and/or bottle(s) from entering the waste stream by using a reusable water bottle, cup, or mug.
At Home
Indoor Air Quality
I will spend 10 minutes learning about how indoor air quality impacts health and commit to taking one action to improve indoor air quality in my living space.
In Our Communities
Volunteer in My Community
I will volunteer 10 hour(s) in my community during the challenge.
At Home
Brush My Teeth Without Water Running
I will save up to 4 gallons (15 L) of water each day by turning it off while brushing my teeth.
Health & Well-being
Gratitude
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for every day.
Health & Well-being
More Fruits and Veggies
I will eat a heart healthy diet by adding 6 cup(s) of fruits and vegetables each day to achieve at least 4 cups per day.
Health & Well-being
Exercise Daily
Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 30 minute(s) each day.
In Our Communities
Donate Items
I will help others in need and prevent useful items from going to landfill by donating 20 items.
In Our Communities
Drive Electric
I will reduce my transportation footprint by driving 24 miles by EV instead of gas-powered vehicle.
At Work
Prevent Recycling Contamination
Contamination prevents what is recyclable from being recycled. I will spend 30 minutes learning about which items are recyclable both at my workplace and at home since they may be different, and recycle only those items.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

I dug through my sister's trash yesterday and found recyclables. I washed them out, removed caps (which will be later recycled) and recycled the items. When she returns from out of town, will trouble-shoot how to make recycling easier and not so much of a chore.-
