    Performing random acts of kindness made my heart feel full. I was surprised by one of the responses as the person gave me a hug and it made my heart so happy.

    I incorporate personal values such as spending time in nature into my exercise routine by running on a wooded trail without headphones to listen to the birds, squirrels,. frogs, etc.. It is very peaceful!
