    This was a challenge! A habit I fall into during the winter, when I don't like to go out in the rain and cold, is more screen time. Taking my attention off of that internal-facing world into the external world felt like a fight.
    I chose to go outside in the afternoon more, getting in a bit of weeding or cleaning in. Here's to continuing and growing the habit over the next months and on into fall/winter!

    What has worked for me was getting a snooze band! I go to bed 30 minutes earlier, listen to a book and fall asleep more easily because the outside noises that used to 'interfere' when I listened to my book on the phone is muted or non-existent! Such an easy fix!
