    Very hot and humid weather... Voggy (like foggy, but volcanic ash with high sulfuric acid content). stay indoors, if possible, limit exposure. Lack of trade winds to blow it away until next week. Wear a mask if you need to, most people are affected by this type of weather. Stay aware, stay safe

    Went to the doctor and did labs, got an x-ray and consultation. My numbers are excellent! "I'm not getting any younger", so the saying goes! Grateful and Blessed for the report. Mahalo Ke Akua (thank You Lord)
