    My favorite meatless dish is probably whatever I can find that sounds good together. I like throwing sauteed onions, broccoli/cauliflower, and bell peppers in with pasta and white sauce. I also like making a little breakfast skillet with roasted potatoes, eggs, and a mix of whatever veggies sound good with a cheesy bechamel sauce.
