Meditation isn't new to me. I use it as a sleep aid to help fall asleep or go back to sleep if I wake during the night.

Great! Encouraging my kids to do the same!

While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I have to remember to bring mug. Once it becomes my routine, I should be good. Hopefully by day 21 it'll be second nature.

This is a great one and I bet you will do it! I bring my water bottle with me everywhere. I used to forget it all the time (and it still happens occasionally) but once it's a habit its easy and cuts down on so much waste. Keep up the great work!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Rain Barrels can be a great option. The gutters in my back yard flow into a underground pipe that delivers water to my landscaping.
