I'll be plogging this month--something I did for the first time last spring. "Plogging" is a mashup of the words
“jogging” and the Swedish phrase “plocka upp,” which means to pick up. I didn't really jog while plogging; I walked along the hiking trail near my home with garbage bags in hand and picked up a lot of cans, paper cups, and other trash. It was super easy, obviously--and I felt like an eco-hero. Other walkers and joggers on the trail thanked me!
