    It is easy to become sugar dependent. Being in this state clouds small decision making. It can be a slippery slope.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    Barrier: Filling it up before going to work.

    Fill it up at night. Keep an empty reusable bottle at work and fill it at work if I forget to bring the one from home.
