REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being GratitudeWhat is one thing that you are grateful for today? How does practicing gratitude make you feel?
Kelcey Dillon 4/10/2024 6:16 AMI am thankful for my family, my health, and for my job. Practicing gratitude makes me feel positive and uplifted. There is so much to be grateful for in our life, it's good to stop and remind yourself of all the good things you have experienced.
