    I have found this to be an easy habit to adopt in my daily routine although at the start I did have to provide myself a reminder.

    I had automatic lights installed in my office to ensure lights out and have encourage my coworkers to do the same.

    I enjoy the mindfulness and physical exercise of Pilates. I am committed to at least 4 Reformer classes a week.
