    I am grateful for supportive and loving family members who are there for me no matter the circumstances. Practicing gratitude makes me feel very fortunate for who and what I have in my life. It opens my eyes to generosity and giving back to others and the community that has supported me throughout my life.

    I have set a reminder for every 2 hours to get up, stretch my legs, and refill my 30 ounce water bottle. I'm hoping the reminder will act somewhat like a timer to push me to finish my 30 ounces before the timer goes off.

    I have two very energetic labrador retrievers that love to hunt and explore. As the weather gets nicer here, I'd like to work on taking them to various wildlife management areas to run around more frequently. This gives me some quality time with the pups while also getting a walk/hike in for exercise.
