I am grateful for resources such as the Eco Challenge to remind us of greater goals than simply getting through a day. Practicing gratitude helps me feel connected to greater goals.

I, too, am incredibly grateful for this challenge and the impact it has had on me.
Sonya remarked earlier today...this can feel like a lonely quest at times...it's nice to be part of a group who finds meaning in this journey.
Albert Schweitzer said "At times, our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us."

Thank you, Julia, for making me feel re-connected, for re-lighting the flame within, and for being part of my tribe! For all that, I am thankful.

I am grateful for the cool rain that refreshes everything and brings out the smell and feel of the soil. I'm grateful that I have the space to hang my clothes out to dry to capture that fresh smell. Finally, I'm grateful for the soft, gentle colors of spring flowers.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Breathing helped me with my mindfulness. The practice becomes easier over time because I find it easier to settle down.
