    while I have always had a coffee cup from home, I have become more conscious of using a refillable water cup.

    this was a difficult one to remember and I caught myself going back to my desk often to turn off my monitor. It isn't automatic yet, but I am getting better.

      That's awesome! I still remember when I saw Game Changers and Arnold Schwarzenegger recommended to start with just one vegan meal per week and make that a goal. Once that was obtained consistently, extend to two days per week and move on from there. My goal right now is to add different sorts of beans to at least one meal per day.

    i repaired a sweater for my step daughter and a shirt for my husband. I have joined a casual sewing club dedicated to repairing or remaking clothes to keep them out of landfills.

      Wow, my grandmother taught a sewing class in 4-H years ago. There are not many places that offer that these days.

    working with people who are flexible and adapt when things don't go according to plan
