      This is on my list to do again. I tried several years ago. Had success with lettuce and beets. Had some miss steps with others which discouraged me. With the cost of groceries I need to get back into this for sure.

      I too grow my own vegetables & herbs. I can & freeze everything that can be preserved. Other items are dried or put in a cool dry place to last a few months.
