Getting back into replacing screen time with outdoor activities on longer sunny days has been incredibly uplifting! This is a great way to kickstart those healthy habits that have been harder in the winter months.

Love that - I often think of screentime as just my phone (which is a lot!), but also the 8hr a day at work. This is a great reminder to get outdoors, especially on the trails near my house :)
