      What a nice idea before starting the next call. Sometimes you just need a reset. The cat graphic reminds me of this 'headspace' app we have at work that has brief activities like mindfulness exercises, focus music, wrap-up & decompress.

    I use the Headspace app. It’s a really simple way to add mindfulness to each day. This morning I listened to The Wake Up.
