Turning off my monitor has become such a habit that now when I am in a computer lab, I turn off all of the monitors before I leave! I had heard this was an impactful action to take, but never did it consistently enough to make it a habit. Now with this reminder I have done it solidly for a month and I think it has taken root. I will continue with this action when the challenge has ended.

Self care is becoming more important as I am getting older. I am finding that I am more willing to take time for exercise, hobbies and getting enough sleep. I feel better when I take care of my needs!

There are so many great programs offered at CCF MyLearning. I took a great communication course this week. The talent that we have at our fingertips is incredible! I learned about problem based vs solution based conversations, and already used some of what I learned to foster more productive conversations.

As a very happy owner of an EV for about 4 months, I love the gadgets, the ride, the comfort and ease of charge. Charging overnight at home is almost always enough for me, even without a 220 line. Be sure to scope out where you might do a super charge in the event that your travels take you more than you can reasonably replenish at home before buying to be sure that this does not become a problem for you.
