I've been bringing my food scraps home to compost in my home/city compost (Garbage to Garden) rather than throwing them away here at the hospital. Helpful to have the reminder to not keep the water running while brushing my teeth. And the reminder to list the thinks I am grateful for. Love tracking all these activities and goals each day!
