  • REFLECTION QUESTION
One Healthcare Use A Reusable Mug/Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

It's hard to say how many bottles I save each day. I drink lots of water, and almost never use bottled water. We're lucky to live in a region with plenty of good drinking water!

I write a weekly menu for meals at home, and shop for those items I need for the recipes only. I avoid snacks and other extra items by following my list.
