    Inviting groups of friends / peers to a workout class or active social gathering not only allows social bonding, but gives way for networking opportunities and making new friends amongst strangers that are also attending said event / class.

    Spending more time listening and less talking has allowed me open my eyes to how everyone is so interconnected every day, that no one is ever truly alone in their stressors. Hopefully less screen time, more warmth and competence will aid in deeper relationships and conversations around me.

    Feeling grateful for the simple things today, the things that often go unnoticed in day to day. Healthy lunch, rent is paid, and my coffee was made just right!

    Being mindful to not forget my reusable water bottle & if I do, making sure a proper vessel is on me to refill continuously at work. Currently using a glass milk carton today. #REUSE

    In a screen-filled society, this is a major vice for all of us. Every day, I work toward detoxing from social media by setting a time limit of 30 minutes for the day.

      You are so right, Haley. There are so many screens around us...at work, at home, on the go... What a great idea to set a time limit each day to help us to disconnect each day.
