    I started the healthcare ecochallenge late in the month and I'm sad that it is coming to an end. My goal is to continue the practices that I committed to during the challenge.

    I am enjoying having a couple of daily goals to focus on - and then hold myself accountable by checking in. I especially love focusing on gratitude and writing these things down each day.

    Thankful for the sunshine today and the warmer temperatures. I found that I walked into work with a positive attitude and a special smile because of the sunshine.
