REFLECTION QUESTIONAt Home Compost Food WasteNew to composting? Be sure to check out the action resource links to learn tips and more about it. As you transition from throwing food away to composting, what do you notice about how much you are tossing? How will you use your compost once it is ready?
Christine Keenan 4/15/2024 9:55 AMJust starting with egg shells and coffee grounds to add to the gardens around my home... Just a start-
Candice Miller 4/15/2024 2:33 PMThat's a great start, Christine! Moving small items from your kitchen trash over to compost, instead. Your gardens will thank you!
As you move over more and more, you'll notice your kitchen trash bag fills up less quickly and smells a little less stinky since those biodegradable elements are breaking down where they should. :)
