Robert Koehnen 4/17/2024 7:34 AMMy wife and I have always been big on recycling, and recently we have started collecting composte waste as well. We bought a new house last summer with a large yard and garden, so we always have some sort of yard waste that we can compost to help the earth! -

Robert Koehnen 4/16/2024 8:26 AMIve been consistent with drinking at least 60 oz of water everyday at my desk. The extra hydration really makes a difference in how my body feels and allows for better focus at work, and more energy later in the day! -
