    Completed my annual wellness check up last Friday! Good to have peace of mind knowing where my numbers are at, and what things i need to work on to continue on the path to good health!

    My wife and I have always been big on recycling, and recently we have started collecting composte waste as well. We bought a new house last summer with a large yard and garden, so we always have some sort of yard waste that we can compost to help the earth!

    Going for walks with the family, going golfing with my son and just spending time outside in the yard, swimming and playing baseball are great ways to get extra exercise and enjoy family at the same time!

    Ive been consistent with drinking at least 60 oz of water everyday at my desk. The extra hydration really makes a difference in how my body feels and allows for better focus at work, and more energy later in the day!

    Ive been going for walks outside at work daily! Doing at least 2 or 3 laps around the building gets alot of extra steps in!

    Took my son to Cleary Lake yesterday to get him started on Golfing for the summer! Lots of good exercise!
