It requires planning which may be a barrier to some.

REFLECTION QUESTIONOne Healthcare Use A Reusable Mug/BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Lisa Kropp 4/01/2024 8:31 AMI have no barrier to using a reusable water bottle. I never have liked drinking from plastic bottles.
It requires planning which may be a barrier to some. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Lisa Kropp 4/01/2024 8:27 AMMy exercise is primarily outside year-round. I never listen to anything, but the sound of the wind, birds, and the lake -- it quiets the mind.-
Margaret Marsalka 4/08/2024 5:21 AMAgreed! Going for a walk or a hike always calm my stress and helps me relax.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being Do Nature ActivitiesWhat did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and/or touch? How did you feel after spending time outdoors?
Lisa Kropp 4/01/2024 8:22 AMI'm very fortunate to live 2 blocks from Lake Michigan. Yesterday, I took a walk on the bluff overlooking the lake. Since there are no leaves on the trees yet, I could see the shore and the hear the waves crashing into the beach below -- so relaxing.
