  • REFLECTION QUESTION
One Healthcare Use A Reusable Mug/Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I have no barrier to using a reusable water bottle. I never have liked drinking from plastic bottles.
It requires planning which may be a barrier to some.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health & Well-being Exercise Daily
How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

My exercise is primarily outside year-round. I never listen to anything, but the sound of the wind, birds, and the lake -- it quiets the mind.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and/or touch? How did you feel after spending time outdoors?

I'm very fortunate to live 2 blocks from Lake Michigan. Yesterday, I took a walk on the bluff overlooking the lake. Since there are no leaves on the trees yet, I could see the shore and the hear the waves crashing into the beach below -- so relaxing.
