Participant Feed

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    At Home
What was the last item you repaired? How did you do it and what was the outcome? What are your favorite resources for learning how to repair items yourself?

I decided to explore the crafting activity of working with paracord and have rebuilt/repaired a leash for my dog! I made my own strap with 2 attaching clasps so I can attach one end to my dog and the other to myself/pole/loop around to secure my dog!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    At Home
What other steps can you take each day to heat and cool your home more efficiently?

I feel like I have always know this to be an energy saver, but never really explored the additional settings. Glad I explored the mobile app and how easy it is to navigate!
