    The month seems to be flying by as I recognize I am already doing many of the things suggested we can do as individuals to be good stewards of our planet. I am now going to choose a couple that I am not regularly doing to stretch myself and make it a little uncomfortable, working through the discomfort and having it then become routine!

    I have placed a bookmark to the EcoChallenge website on my browser to have a reminder in front of me all day. It seems that spring always brings such inner joy to me, coming out of the gloom that we have been in for so long and this challenge is helping me to remember to appreciate my surroundings and to take care of them.

      I agree! The days here are finally getting longer and I feel like I am waking out of hibernation! Being a part of the Eco Challenge is uplifting at a time I need it.

    I am learning to listen to my body and stopping when it needs rest. I still over do it at times, but am doing much better.

    I removed shattered glass from my daughter's garbage disposal saving her a call to the repairman and/or replacing. I used a hand vacuum after allowing it to dry out overnight. I find that google and youtube are great resources on learning new things.

    I enjoy being kind so this without a doubt brings me joy. It always creates happiness when someone that I've done a random kindness to smiles with genuine gratitude.

    I planted 4 fruit trees in my back yard. The process of choosing trees that bear fruits that I enjoy was quite fun and I am increasing the value of my home in the process.

    I just added weather stripping around my doors to eliminate the air leakage there and I am in the process of ordering new blinds for several windows to reduce the outside temperatures getting in to my home.
