    Participating in the Ecochallenge has opened my eyes to how deeply connected environmental health is with human health. From reducing single-use plastics in clinical settings to supporting green infrastructure in underserved communities, small changes have a big ripple effect. Personally, I've committed to advocating for waste reduction in healthcare spaces and promoting telehealth to cut down on unnecessary travel emissions.
