Wendy Long 4/30/2024 8:28 PMPlant based diets are good for treating various preventable diseases and also good for the environment. They reduce cholesterol, hypertension, BMI and greenhouse gases. It is a win-win.-

Redline neighborhoods have more air pollution and less greenspace, attributing to poorer air quality and higher heat indices. -

Wendy Long 4/29/2024 1:24 PMI restuffed and patched 3 dog toys. Jonah was happy and I saved $. I usually just search the internet for how-to guides. I also have a friend who seems to be able to repair anything. -
