REFLECTION QUESTIONOne Healthcare Donate BloodWhy do you donate blood?
Ellen M Antonsen 4/01/2024 11:58 AMThere are always shortages of blood and platelets. It's just a matter of scheduling the time to do it. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONIn Our Communities Donate ItemsWhy is it important to consider how and to whom you donate your no-longer-needed items?
Ellen M Antonsen 4/01/2024 11:57 AMI always donate to a neighborhood shop owned by the south suburban crisis center which provides aid to women and families affected by domestic violence. I don't want to donate to an organization that might be overwhelmed by donations and might possibly throw them away, -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being GratitudeWhat is one thing that you are grateful for today? How does practicing gratitude make you feel?
Ellen M Antonsen 4/01/2024 11:50 AMI am grateful for my good health. Practicing gratitude helps me focus on what I do have, not on what I do not have.
