We only have this one life to live on earth. If we expect it to be here for a long time, we need to consider what we are doing to preserve it. I want my grandbabies to be able to experience everything I did growing up. I have been recycling & repurposing for some time. My favorite store is Unique Thrift Store in New Hope, followed by the Re-Stores.

Made me feel like I was making a contribution, even though it was just my time & labor. Practice what I preach! Hopefully others will catch on & follow suit.

Way to focus on servant leadership! Leading by example is one of the most powerful ways to affect change (and sometimes the hardest to do). Somebody always has to be the first--this way it's you!

Gives you a sense of achievement, letting others know. I love to celebrate by spending time with my family & friends with FOOD, watching movies, or games, shooting pool & bowling.

Yes. My neighbor has 1 & it is beautiful. She is helping me get 1 started in my yard.

That is sooo cool! Neighbor buy-in is super important. I've heard stories about neighbors spraying weed killer as far as they can into the adjacent yard to prevent "weeds" from creeping into their meticulous monoculture turf.
