Angie Marshall 4/11/2025 10:58 AMThrough tracking my meals in this Challenge I've realized that my meat consumption has drastically reduced in the last 5 years. If I were to track it in the past I think a lot of meals would have meat in them, now it's usually just one meal. I'm proud of that and want to keep it up!-
