REFLECTION QUESTIONAt Work Work From HomeWhat have you found to be the biggest pros and cons of working from home?
Peggy McCartney 4/08/2024 8:55 AMmore productive, less interuptions, I start work earlier and finish earlier so I can enjoy my evening with my family-
Barbara Hamilton 4/08/2024 4:33 PMYes, you have to set boundaries to be successful working at home. I love it, too, when I can. -
Wendy Stultz (Riverbend Annex) 4/08/2024 10:10 AMYou are lucky. My spouse works from home, so I found that when I work from home for the day (and work in our living room area), he interrupts my workflow as he makes his lunch, or comes to see what I am planning for dinner, or one of us starts laundry on a break, etc. I also find that when I work from home, I tend to stay connected after hours, and have a hard time breaking away from emails unless I specifically close up my computer and put it away.
