    I am grateful for my new role and supportive team. Thinking about where I've come from makes me feel more calm and grateful for taking better care of myself.

    We only turn on lights when we are in the room and we use all LED decorative lights for holidays. We have installed all new light fixtures for LED use around our home and have removed away timers.
