    I work night shift; I try to get in a regular routine when I get home. If weather permits go on walks. I change to bar shampoo and conditioner eliminating plastic bottles

      I too have changed to a bar shampoo. Plus I buy it from a local vendor so I get to support a small business which makes me extra happy. 8)
