    The flowering trees are gorgeous this year! A trip through my neighborhood brings me so much joy because of all the colorful blossoms! Practicing gratitude like this always puts me in a better mood and helps me be more positive.

      I agree, Emma. The vibrant colors of Spring are so uplifting. When my spirits are up, it's even easier to lift up others around me.

    I think collaboration is definitely inspiring! It's easy to get discouraged or feel like one little person "doesn't make a difference", but realizing that there are a lot of others working hard to make the world a better place helps you understand that a lot of small changes will add up, especially if we are supporting each other and sharing ideas!

    I'm so excited to get started on the ecochallenge and help represent the Medical College of Wisconsin! I try to be as green as I can throughout the year, but there's always something new to learn or a new habit to work on. I will also be sending sustainability tips to my team throughout the month and will be doing sustainability themed prizes for our monthly "wellness drawing"!
