REFLECTION QUESTIONAt Work Work From HomeWhat have you found to be the biggest pros and cons of working from home?
Laura Monice 4/22/2024 5:35 AMOne of the challenges of working from home is to create a space where you can focus on your work, in silence and without interruptions (in a shared house, with neighbors at work... this is challenging). However, the pros far outweigh the cons, such as being able to sleep a few minutes longer in the morning because I don't have to drive to work, being able to have breakfast with the family, organizing my schedule to meet both professional and personal commitments. This is priceless!

REFLECTION QUESTIONAt Work Last to Leave? Lights Out, Please! How could you encourage your coworkers to develop the habit of turning lights off?
Laura Monice 4/12/2024 9:54 AMI think that even if I'm not the one to foot the bill for unnecessary spending, we all depend on the same resources (energy, water...). The planet is the same for all of us. It's our duty to save these resources. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being GratitudeWhat is one thing that you are grateful for today? How does practicing gratitude make you feel?
Laura Monice 4/11/2024 9:55 AMDespite the dust and mess in my house, I'm grateful to have the resources to carry out a renovation that will soon make my home more beautiful and functional.
