Renee Nicolet 4/18/2024 9:38 AMMaking homemade chicken stock is easy and a great way to use up food 'scraps' that may have otherwise gone straight into the compost bin.-
Renee Nicolet 4/22/2024 9:12 AMHi Bethany - I have not yet tried it with only vegetables yet. Let me know how it turns out! -
Bethany Hatlevig 4/19/2024 8:14 AMHave you ever done this with just vegetables--made a vegetable broth?! I saw someone on Facebook doing this and I wanted to give it a try so I have been saving up all of the 'scraps' from my veggies in the freezer until I am ready to try it!

REFLECTION QUESTIONOne Healthcare Use A Reusable Mug/BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Renee Nicolet 4/17/2024 9:37 AMI prefer to use reusuable bottles and tap water and the use of Yeti mugs that keep water cold longer has helped me to make this a daily habit at work. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being Mindfulness / Meditation PracticeWhat best helped you with your mindfulness or meditation practice? Did the practice become easier over time?
