Erin O'Neill 4/23/2024 7:35 AMKaty Koran, your Team Captain for Caregiver Office in One Healthcare Ecochallenge has sent your team a message: Hello, thank you for participating in the One Healthcare Ecochallenge. What did you do differently in observance of Earth Day yesterday? Make sure to log your actions at least every 5 days. We have one more week to go! Let's finish strong. Thanks, Katy
Hi Katy! -- yesterday evening I spent a couple hours outside walking my neighborhood with neighbors :) My allergies got me good, but enjoying the nice weather and sun was worth it haha :) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Erin O'Neill 4/02/2024 5:02 AMNot at all difficult to find other things to do, but knowing my phone was there .. it was second nature to mindlessly pick up. Old habits die hard.-
Barb Dunn 4/02/2024 8:16 AMEasy. Garbage on TV. I read my bible. -
Sara Donovan 4/02/2024 6:52 AMI had to do a reflection at the end of getting a degree and I knew I wanted less screen time since for the previous 5 years I was on the computer all day at work and all weekend at school. The phone is tempting but I remember how much I wanted less screen time.
