REFLECTION QUESTIONAt HomeName some of the human activities impacting the health of water systems, both locally (your watershed) and globally (freshwater and oceans). What can you do to improve the health of water systems?
Ruth Poole 4/16/2025 5:03 AMSewage treatment capacity and maintenance is an issue for growing communities. I compost my coffee grounds instead of the sink to reduce the amount of less-biodegradable material that has to be removed from wastewater.-
Laura Randgaard 4/16/2025 5:52 AMOur city offers composting pickup, so we have shifted to compost for a large part of our food waste.

REFLECTION QUESTIONAt HomeWhat was the last item you repaired? How did you do it and what was the outcome? What are your favorite resources for learning how to repair items yourself?
Ruth Poole 4/03/2025 12:30 PMI rebuilt a glockenspiel. I had to build a new frame and replace all the hardware. It looks and sounds great! YouTube videos are great for learning new ways to repair things if you look for reputable sources. I look for experts in their field or professional channels.
