REFLECTION QUESTIONAt Home Repair an ItemWhat was the last item you repaired? How did you do it and what was the outcome? What are your favorite resources for learning how to repair items yourself?
Rosa Rosales SJMC 4/19/2024 1:36 PMThe last thing I repaired was my daughter's pajamas. I sewed them instead of discarding them. I have known to sew by hand for quite some time but my skills are minimal. When repairing other things, I usually look to the internet for help to see what others have done. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Rosa Rosales SJMC 4/19/2024 1:33 PMExercising or walking outside is a great way spend time with nature. Bringing the kids along would also mean spending time with them and getting them out in nature as well, even if it's just around the neighborhood. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONOne Healthcare Use A Reusable Mug/BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Rosa Rosales SJMC 4/01/2024 10:04 AMI currently have no barriers but making the choice and it becoming a habit will make this permanent. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Well-being GratitudeWhat is one thing that you are grateful for today? How does practicing gratitude make you feel?
Rosa Rosales SJMC 4/01/2024 10:03 AMMy health. Practicing gratitude makes me feel good, it reminds me of all the good things that are in my life.
