I too am an avid hiker, Barbara. A couple of our local favs are Meeker Trail in the Maricostas Preserve and several spots to jump on the sections of the Appalachian Trail, like Quaker Lake via AT and red trail. We also enjoy Minnewaska State Park Preserve and Mohonk Preserve.

What local hikes do you all enjoy?

In Our Communities Support a Sharing/Reuse Economy
What are some of the barriers to sharing economies? What is your plan for supporting or creating one in your community? If you focused on purchasing items second-hand, did you have success? What did you learn in the process?

Fun ways to support sharing economies outside of your local friends, family, & curb: freecycle, FB buy nothing or FB buy/sell/trade groups.

I can incorporate some of my personal values into my exercise routine by making routine time sacred and non-negotiable.
