    It is important to express our selves so we do not keep negativity bottle up . Before i write i feel frustrated. After i write i feel a sense of peace.

    Listening to rain water with scriptures , helped calm my nerves, gave me a sense of peach for today and it helped me to be more positive today and focus on the things that enhance my thoughts.

    Eating fruit is much more healthier than my normal sugar snacks. It makes me feel that I am taking care of my body. I feel more positive.

    I joined the challenge because I believe team building is essential to completing goals. It also holds us accountable for the choices we make, it also helps us to know we are not alone in this journey. Being positive is good for the overall health.
