    I fell back a step yesterday & had a Pepsi ☹. Back on track today!!!!

    I have replaced all of my plastic food storage containers with glass & bamboo containers. It took some time, but I no longer have plastic storage. It also saved a lot of room in my cabinet. I have been using empty glass containers to use as food storage when I am sharing with my kids or friends.

    I decreased by typical daily thermostat them from 68 to 64 this past Friday & have continued to keep it at that temp.

      That is exciting. Always easier to bundle up but let's hope it gets nice enough outside to where we don't need to turn our thermostats back up.

    I have a new water bottle that I had fun decorating with silly stickers, I have started taking it with me everywhere.

    The most difficult is getting the others in my household recycling as well. As I see recycled materials in the trash (plastic bottles, glass) I pull them out & place them in my recycle bin.
