    My tip to departmental recycling is having a scratch paper bin for your staff to use instead of using fresh printer paper. Then putting all paper in the shredder bin since they recycle that. :)

    absolutely! trying to eat more fresh fruits instead now which is a lot better for my energy and inflammation
