On the impact of clothing and textiles - love older, broken in and well-used clothes! Old work dress shirts become painting/grubby chore shirts. Sew on patches where needed and keep those old clothes working for you!

I have some comfortable old shirts that I use when gardening or doing chores. They will eventually become cleaning rags.

      tiny action of the day:
Skip the paper towel to dry hands after washing
      Open door with foot pull
Either take a 3 minute leg stretch walk and airdry hands
or go back to my desk where I keep a hand towel to dry if I need to jump right back into work

      paper towel saved
I only use a couple every week now instead of multiple a day
change happens when a lot of people do little things consistently every day
