    Since adjusting my bedtime routine to match my kids school schedule I have felt more rested and have more energy. We sometimes forget how important sleep is. I will definitely keep up with this.

      We have been doing this for awhile as well, and I love it! Going to bed by 9:00? Yes please! I wish it were even earlier (but there aren't enough hours in the day).

    Going on walks and bike rides with my kids is great way to spend time as a family. It also has limited our access to electronics. I am enjoying every moment.

    I get 6 hours now. I can start going to bed when my kids do during their school week. This will allow me to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Eating dinner, a little earlier will also help me be successful
